A veteran of the design and fashion worlds, Marta Paetzke has just joined as the new sales director for Europe.

Prior to this appointment, Marta served as sales manager for the UK and Ireland at Tom Dixon Studio, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s presence, managing strategic accounts and driving growth across the wholesale and contract markets. She has also held leadership positions at The Conran Shop, Gucci and MatchesFashion.

“SkLO embodies everything I love about luxury—authentic craftsmanship, contemporary elegance, and a deep respect for tradition,” said Paetzke. “It’s an exciting new chapter for the brand and I look forward to our close collaboration and a great journey ahead.”

Lexington Home Brands has named Del Starnes as the vice president and general manager of upholstery operations.

Starnes was previously president and chief operating officer for Taylor King. In his new role with Lexington, he will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s manufacturing and distribution in Hildebran, N.C., and will report to Phil Haney, president and CEO.

“Del brings us a wealth of knowledge and experience,” said Haney. “As president and COO of Taylor King for more than 20 years and having held executive positions at Sherrill Furniture prior to that, he has a consummate understanding of the premium upholstery category as well as extremely strong relationships with many of our key retailers. His insight and expertise will make him a tremendous addition to our senior management team.”

Andmore CEO unveiled a plaque affixed to the wall of the Expo highlighting ‘s work to bring the project to fruition.

The impact of Andmore founding CEO and Chairman Bob Maricich has been permanently recognized in Las Vegas.

Andmore has officially dedicated the Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas to the visionary leader, and the City of Las Vegas proclaimed Jan. 25, 2025, as “Robert (Bob) J. Maricich Day.”

“Bob Maricich is a remarkable leader with a tremendous community impact,” said Jon Pertchik, Andmore CEO. “When he stepped down from his role as CEO of Andmore last spring, the decision was quickly made that we needed a permanent way to recognize his legacy. The Expo represents the vision and passion that he has for our industry and the downtown Las Vegas community.”
