Renowned English floral prints come to Mark & Graham


SAN FRANCISCO – Mark & Graham, a brand of Williams-Sonoma, has launched a new collaboration with fabric and wallpaper house, Sanderson.

Called Mark & Graham x Sanderson, the new collaboration celebrates Sanderson’s quintessentially English floral print and reimagines them for new products ranging from decorative accessories to jewelry boxes and pet products.

Founded in 1860, Sanderson has become one of the most widely known interior design and decorating brands worldwide. Since 1924, the design house has held a Royal Warrant for supplying fabrics, paint and wallcoverings to all of the royal residences.

The Mark & Graham design team partnered with Sanderson to select six distinct fabrics from the company’s archives to create the collection. Fans of Sanderson’s archival print and patterns will appreciate the collection’s use of botanical prints, including the Rose & Peony, which dates back to 1914 as well as the popular Hollyhocks block print design and the inky Tattershall print.

Known for its high-quality collections, the San Francisco-based retailer offers items ranging from home décor to handbags, that can be personalized with more than 100 exclusive monograms.

“It was such a pleasure to dive into our archive for this collection, bringing feminine florals and chintzes to these pieces in colorways that take a fresh perspective on iconic Sanderson designs,” said Claire Vallis, Sanderson design director.  “Treasures from our archive have become pieces to cherish at home.”

Layered in nostalgia, Vallis said the brand continuously looks back to move forward with exceptional designs that captivate a discerning global audience.
